The city is also one of the easiest places for new companies to find their footing: it is full of talented professionals, free-zones, programs to support innovation, and even a few investors to keep the whole thing funded.
If you are going to start an ecommerce in the Arab world, you’re likely to do it in Dubai. And your office will almost certainly be in one of the UAE’s 38 free-zones, most of which are in or around the city.
