While we have been following #StayAtHome guidance during the past four weeks to ensure the wellbeing of our employees, we continue to stay virtually connected to support our merchants at all times. As we all continue to navigate through these unique and evolving challenges, we want you to know that PAYFORT is here for and with you.
At PAYFORT we’re focused on doing our part to support our team, their families, our customers, and the greater community. Here’s what we are doing.
What we are doing for our team
Our top concern is ensuring the health and safety of our employees. We’ve taken action to help prevent the spread of the virus by asking all employees to work remotely from home. We’ll continue prioritizing the health and safety of our people throughout these difficult times.
What we are doing for Merchants
Starting today, PAYFORT is offering three months of free Monthly Maintenance Fees to all our existing merchants and any new businesses as well, to support their efforts and knowing that cost can be a burden during these times.
We have also adjusted our onboarding process so that you can complete the process virtually. This can be done in collaboration with partner banks in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and across other countries in the Middle East region. The virtual onboarding processes covers e-KYC, e-signatures for contracts, and a courier service arranged by PAYFORT to pick-up any required physical documents from your preferred location and a drop-off to the bank. Helping businesses to accept payments using digital invoicing to improve cash flow.
Our guiding principle as an organization, particularly in this moment, is to empower and protect your business. And as people turn to social distancing, we’re mindful that some of our services — like Local Debit Cards, Digital Invoicing and Consumer financing — can be more relevant today.
