About the Job

PayFort is looking for a Cairo resident to take up the role of “Merchant Support Executive” in the “Operations Team”, Egypt.

Skills and qualities that are required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A desire to help and support merchant
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • A minimum of one year call centre experience

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Answer merchant calls
  • Solve level 1 support tickets
  • Answer support requests using internal communication tool
  • Create and configure merchant accounts
  • Conduct training to merchants over the telephone or Skype
  • Support merchants regarding basic financial questions
  • Follow up with partner banks until case resolution
  • Create basic reports on merchant support related KPIs

Work Schedule:

  • Five days a week that include Friday and Saturday, on a rolling basis
  • Alternate work in the early or late shift
